I would like to know about the pockets. Side pockets...are they zipped? Large? Are there any internal pockets?
The pockets of the Cushla are zipped and are large enough to comfortably fit your whole hand in there; or a large cell phone! There are no internal pockets on this style though.
I would like to buy Cushla Moke Women's packable down jacket in Moonlight size XXL & I read that you do not sent to a Post Office Box I have a number of items sent to my box & I have to sign for them is this a help to you? I have a PO Box because I live on a busy street & if anything is delivered it is stolen which is why I have a PO Box. I live in Melbourne Australia.
We think you will be fine to receive your order to your PO Box - it is just for our NZ customers that our local post system doesn't allow for PO Box deliveries! This has highlighted though that we need to amend our wording - thanks for pointing it out!
Is the moonlight colour like a navy blue? It’s hard to tell from the photos as it shows 2 different colours?

The size guide on your website is very helpful. The jacket is a perfect fit. Love the slightly lower edge at the back and the overall quality.
I originally ordered the 3XL which was way too big when I tried it on (to my delight) and it literally arrived in a day. I then emailed straight away to advise that I needed the next size down, packed it back up, popped it with the courier and received my replacement size 2 days later! The Jacket is gorgeous, it's light weight but so warm! I love the moonlight blue... It almost shimmers in the light. Thank you Moke, your service is awesome & I will be back!!

Love the colour, the warmth of the jacket a it is great for travelling knowing that I can pack it into its own bag and will not take us an enormous amount of room in a suitcase.
I absolutely love this jacket - I have purchased many top brands but this jacket is the best and only jacket that doesn't make me fell like I'm the Michelin Man! It has a nice shape I love the nipped in waist , it is a perfect length, comfortable and extremely light. Great for travelling and wearing every day. I feel so good in it - I bought three! Originally the burgundy was the only one available in my size however I have since purchased the Midnight Blue and the Silver.

I stumbled on the Moke website looking for a puffer jacket. I'm very happy with the Cushla coat in silver. It is extremely light and easily packable. I'm using it to travel between Aus and NZ. It's so easy to pack in to my hand luggage and keeps me warm as soon as I arrive in NZ. I found it difficult to choose the correct size. I am usually a size 6 or 8 and purchased a Small which is good even with a jumper underneath. I think it would be easier if there was free return for exchanges in sizes. Extremely prompt delivery - 2 days! Thanks. I'm waiting for sales to buy in another colour. Love that the coat is not branded.
I bought this jacket because I have gone down two sizes and so my other Moke jackets were way too big... my lovely sister in law has now been gifted these and they look great on her. As for my new jacket, well I just love it and wear it daily on my walks. My next purchase will be a vest. Highly recommend Moke to anyone looking for a quality product.
Love my dark green jacket. Perfect for a quick trip to Queenstown. It packs down really small and is nice and light, but still warm.

I needed to change sizes as Cushla seems to run a little larger than the Lynne down jacket.
Wished Moke made swatches of their seasonal colors available, even at a cost. I would probably buy more but have found the colors as photographed/ on the internet do not always accurately reflect the reality.
I have purchased 4 down jackets to date. Fit and quality for a light down jacket is always great. But 2 of the 4 colors were a bit meh on me, so I ended up giving them away to friends.
A check of a swatch would make the decision whether to purchase way easier…
I have 2 other Moke jackets. The first one I purchased over 10years ago and I'm still wearing it and often get comments that they love the colour. There is so much black worn especially in winter. My aqua jacket and red jacket bring brightness into my day. They have been washed several times ad still look great.
My new silver jacket will be a great addition to my wardrobe.

The jacket is exactly as pictured and having had a disappointing experience previously from another supplier, your customer service is exceptional .
I spent ages agonizing over which size to get because according to the measurements on the website it appeared to be quite a bit smaller than my Lynn jackets which I love. Turns out the XS Cushla jacket is actually bigger than Lynn especially through the waist and hips. So it doesn't fit as well as Lynn and therefore I am a bit disappointed. I do really like the colour.
Love it, so warm but light. Unfortunately the weather has been so average so I have worn it most days to work and just pip it in it's bag once the day warms up. People are commenting on the style and colour.
I have an orange one & love it so now I have a choice as to which one I wear on the day. I bought this colour for travelling, as it will go with more.😊
