Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are deemed faulty. However, they may be returned for an exchange (subject to stock availability) or an online store credit.

I've always loved your product range but your full price point is out of my budget. I snapped up your sale & totally love the coat that I've hankered for forever & I love it.
I like the jacket, although the sleeves width could be slimmed down as it does make me look out of proportion to my short height. The garment is very well made and looks durable which is fabulous, I am looking forward to wearing it.
