All international orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. It is important to note that some destination countries may apply a duty tax upon arrival. this charge will not be payable by Moke and will be your responsibility

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase. Please note that during sale periods, public holidays, and new collection launches, dispatch times may extend up to 72 hours due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are deemed faulty. However, they may be returned for an exchange (subject to stock availability) or an online store credit.

If you require an exchange, postage costs must be paid in full before the replacement item is sent.

Should for any reason you not be happy with your purchase, we happily offer a refund or exchange on full price items within 14 days from the date your order was received. So long as the returned item is in re-sellable condition, including its full packaging and tags, we will provide a refund (by the same means your order was paid for, less the cost of freight) within 5 working days of receiving your item(s) in our distribution centre, 

Moke offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, Moke will retain any original shipment costs incurred.

Please note all shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
