New Zealand - Free Shipping on all orders
New Zealand delivery can take from one to three working days. Please allow one to two additional days for rural delivery.
AUSTRALIA - Free Shipping over $150 or $30NZD flat rate shipping to Australia
Estimated transit time 2-5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL - Free Shipping over $300 USA, UK, Japan, Korea, China & Hong Kong – $45NZD flat rate shipping. If your area or country is not mentioned let us know at email@example.com and we will sort you out.
Estimated transit time 10-14 working days.
All international orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. It is important to note that some destination countries may apply a duty tax upon arrival. this charge will not be payable by MOKE and will be the responsibility of you.
Within New Zealand
All deliveries within New Zealand are sent signature required through Post Haste.
All international deliveries are sent on an Untracked service via New Zealand Couriers or TNT. For Australia, your package will be handed over to Australian Post.
If you require a tracked OR Express service, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort you out.
Dispatching to you:
All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of placing the order. However if ordered over a weekend or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day.
If for any reason we are unable to meet this 24 hour dispatch turnaround we will contact you to let you know.
All shipments are sent via traceable method with signature required upon delivery. If for any reason you wish to have signature required removed from your order, please note this in the shipping instructions of your order. By requesting this service be removed, your are acknowledging that MOKE APPAREL is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders and that your order will not be covered by insurance.
When receiving a consignment that maybe torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage.
Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to provide us with a physical address when placing your order.
