Turn garment inside out, machine wash on cold with a mild detergent that does not have fluorescing agents. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach. Once washed place your garment in the dryer on low with 3 clean tennis balls to return feathers back to original loft. Do not iron or dry clean.
Is the sizing the same as the Sarah jackets
Yes, i would get the same size. If you need to exchage for a different size this is also no problem.
Is this generous sizing
Yes, the sizing of the Chicago is generous. The Queens is more of a fitted style incase you are also looking at that style.

Does the jacket have a removable hood & is it hackable?
The hood is not removable and no this is not a packable style due to the waterproof fabric.
How is the down sewn in are the chambers horizontally or vertically stitched
They are heatseal chambers and are horizontal.
