Washing your Moke 90/10 Down Jacket is so easy you can do it at home - there's no need to take it to the local drycleaner!

Washing your Moke 90/10 Down Jacket is so easy you can do it at home - there's no need to take it to the local drycleaner!

Steps for washing your down jacket

Steps for washing your down jacket

  • Place your jacket in the washing machine with a few other lightweight items to help balance the load
  • Use a mild or gentle pH neutral detergent
  • Please do not use fabric softeners!
  • Set the machine to a gentle or delicate cycle, with cold water
  • Skip the spin cycle gently squeeze excess water from your jacket - do not ring or twist it. Note - Wet and clumpy at this stage is normal!
  • Lay your jacket flat on a drying rack and let air dry for a a while
  • When almost dry, place in the clothes dryer with a few tennis or dryer balls to help fluff it up
  • Check on the jacket every now and then as it dries and give it a quick fluff to help redistribute the down
  • When dry, shake it to fluff the down and your jacket is back to clean and cosy!
