Hi, is the Rue bomber jacket in the colour laden more a brown or green.

I have purchased a Large in the Cushla (which is a fantastic coat) but its a little bit too big so would purchasing a Medium in the Rue Bomber be a similar size? Also is the Rue Bomber warmer than the Cushla?
Thanks for your message. Though the Cushla and Rue are both 90/10 down (warmth will be similar), they are considerably different in fit. The Cushla is far more tailored and close fitting, whereas the Rue is a fashion piece which fits a little looser. A fabulous jacket. I love the 'bomber' style and the colour. It will be perfect for everyday use in my regional city where we often have 4 seasons in one day. Easy to throw on and off and you can squash it down into a small stuff bag if you need too.
Fits perfectly. Super warm at winter sports. And am getting heaps of compliments on it.
Glad I went with the green, just a bit more going on versus the black.
The bomber jacket is warm and stylish with a good quality zip. I'd have liked an extra inch of length in the sleeves so they don't ride up over my wrists when I reach for something.
I found that the pockets entry were a bit small. The inside is a great size but the sip and entry quite fiddly to get it sip undone and put hands inside.

This jacket is lovely. Wish I sized down as its on the big side, although i can layer a jersey under it with plenty of room. Nice soft fabric and warm to wear.
Beautiful fit and tailoring. Was pleasantly surprised that this style was quite flattering for me with a larger bust. This is so well made and warm. The Loden colour is gorgeous. Great service from Moke.
Generous fit - will be a great top layer in winter. Comfortable over a singlet on summer evenings (just needs a little squishing as larger than expected).
Jacket is lovely and warm; I have a number of Moke garments but they’re all quite long on me. The bomber style is flattering and the loden is my favourite colour.
I bought the green one months ago - I loved so much I bought the black one too.

I haven’t used the jacket yet as it’s too hot for Auckland. But I plan to use it when I go to Taupo and Queenstown later this month! Love the lining too. Very comfortable.
