  • Hi there. I don’t have a dryer. Does this Daz Puffer Down Coat require a dryer as part of the care instructions and to keep it fluffed up? Cheers.

    Hi there! For down styles like the Kaz, we do recommend using a dryer on a low setting where possible, as this helps the down dry properly and fluff back up evenly.

    However, you can also air dry it. We recommend laying it flat on a clothing rack and regularly separating and spreading out any clumps of down as it dries. Once completely dry, give the jacket a good shake to help fluff everything back up evenly.

  • If the size I purchase is not a good fit can I swap it?

    Yes you can exchange the size

  • Is this waterproof or is there one this length that is? A friend has one of yours that's like a duvet but also a raincoat

    Sorry no this style is not waterproof.  We do have a style called Leila which is 90/10 down and also has a 10K Waterproof outer shell.

  • Does the Kaz coat come in any other colour than black.?

    Hi! The Kaz coat also comes in Olive Green.
