packable bag is tucked away and can be tricky to find, as the Arnie has
both inner and outer pockets—so it’s worth double-checking all pockets first. If it’s not there, our team will sort it for you right away.
Are your costs waterproof and windproof and to what level please?

Actual Colour comes darker than the image on website. The loser fit made a return for smaller size which haven’t arrived yet. Hopefully works better in the end.
Totally love my coat! It is so light to wear (or pack for travel!) yet is super warm. The pockets in both colour-ways are independent of each other, you don’t have to make sure you close the zippers when you make the change. Then the zipper in the front just flips over and it’s all good to go! I am not sure if I could pick which coat is going to be more favoured, but with the attention to details in the design process, who has to?
Perfect coat for my daughter’s birthday. Great length. Reversible makes it so versatile and it’s a lovely shape for a puffer, not overly bulky. Gorgeous claret on the reverse side.
I bought this for travel but I've found it to be an everyday wardrobe staple. It's light weight ie easy to wear daily - packs away into a large hand bag when I'm not using it & easy to hold on public transport. The quilting detail is very flattering with the diagonal sloping pattern. It's warm but breathable. My heavy down coats haven't made it out of the wardrobe since it arrived. I hope Moke reproduce it next season with new neutral & accent colours so that I can buy another. 10/10.
I love my new reversible coat. It was especially helpful that your advertising showed women of different sizes wearing the coat instead of the usual skinny Minnys which are usually shown.
Arrived within a few days! Well-packed. Wore it out that very night!! True to size, well-made & very cosy. Love that it’s reversible so I now have two new coat options. Will be my Winter go-to!
I ordered the size XS and I thought it may be a little big as I am often an XXS, but the fit is absolutely perfect! I often find sleeves a little too long for me but once again - perfect fit! It is so lovely and light to wear, yet very warm. And it’s wonderful that it’s reversible - great value to get 2 coats in one!

Was amazed at how small the parcel was when it arrived and was prepared for disappointment. However despite being very light weight it is incredibly warm. Fit is perfect and true to size, if you want to be able to wear bulky layers underneath, think about sizing up. Huge bonus that it is reversible
Very impressed by your customer service with your Oamaru shop manager meeting the bus as I passed through Oamaru in order to change my coat for the correct size. I was sent a Small coat and had ordered a medium. Now all is well and I love my coat especially the reverse!! This is the second Moke puffer I have bought and I almost lived in the first (a light grey) shorter jacket so when I decided I needed a longer one I went online to Moke - discovered the Warehouse was in Oamaru and ordered from there.
I have previously bought two Moko zip'up-puffer vests and a Moko puffer jacket.
I had no hesitation buying this reversible puffer coat online.
It is wonderful. Very warm and smart.

I love my reversible down coat (Medium)! The stitching is very flattering on the body. It’s not as thick as I thought it would be however it’s not as bulky either. I love the teal colour, it looks really nice and rarer to find in a puffer. Thank you Moke, I love it!
This is the second Arnie jacket I've bought - and it is lovely and warm, and looks good too. However, I've only had it for just over a week and there are feathers coming through the black outer.
Bought this jacket for my 95 year old mum who loves to get out walking. Its light but snuggly warm … and an added bonus is that its reversible, so two jackets for the price of one !
