Hi I am looking at the Arnie Women's 90/10 Reversible Down Coat. I am concerned about the length of the sleeve for the XL. The size guide indicates 90 cms, which seems exceptionally long. Even the XS at 83com is long. Am I reading the chart correctly? My sleeve length is 56 cm. Thank you for your help. Regards

The sleeve length in our size guide is measured differently from how you’d measure your own arm.
Sleeve Length: Lay the jacket face down and measure from the centre back neckline, along the shoulder seam, and down the sleeve to the wrist hem, following the natural arm line.
This measurement will always appear longer than a straight arm measurement, which is why the guide shows 83–91 cm across sizes. If your sleeve length is 56 cm, the XL sleeve will still be suitable, as the garment measurement accounts for the curve of the shoulder and arm.

Hi, I am normally a size 12 to 14, what size would you recommend me to purchase in the Arnie reversible coat, for a relaxed fit.

We’ve attached our size conversion chart for you to check against your exact measurements — this is always the most accurate way to ensure the perfect fit. That said, since you’re looking for a relaxed fit, we would suggest a 2XL in the Arnie Reversible Coat.

Which would be your longest down coat?

I would love one of the reversible coats but I wondered if the hood is detachable or able to be tucked away?

Hello! I was wondering whether you could please tell me what the “fill power” rating is for the Arnie coat, compared to the Sarah coat? I am trying to decide which one will be warmer for my trip to Germany in December. Also will it fit as an insulating layer under the Billie or Anika rain coats? Thanks for your message! Sorry, the fillpower should have been on the product page, we have rectified this now. Both the Sarah and Arnie have approx 580 fillpower. In regards to being an underlayer, we would recommend using our size guides which are on each product page - the measurements are of the actual garment therefore you will need to compare the measurements against something you currently wear - whilst taking into consideration the additional layer required overtop.
