I love how this rain jacket that doesn't feel like a rain jacket. I've been on the hunt for the perfect rain jacket for about 3 years, and didn't love the look of the sporty hiking styles. So I am happy to have found this wind breaker / rain jacket that looks cool without reading overly sporty. I took it to Brisbane recently, where it rained all week, it was a life saver. It so light, I could just roll it up and pop it in my handbag, then pull it out whenever it started raining. I didn’t get ridiculously hot wearing it in summer, I’ve had rain jackets before that feel like you’re wearing a sauna on a warm day, but the ventilation panel across the back really makes a difference, and was super flattering. It kept the rain off me on the ferry and while we were out walking around, without feeling hot and sticky. The Dazzling Blue colour is gorgeous. It doesn’t really look like a raincoat, just a lovely blue jacket. I wore it with my white V-neck tees, shorts and jeans, and even over a little black dress. It actually made my outfits look better, rather than being something I had to throw on because it was raining. I have had loads of fun styling it in my virtual wardrobe. I think I’ll get heaps of wear out of it on morning walks or running errands. Such a handy jacket. I love the grid pattern on the fabric, it makes it look modern. I sized down and there will still plenty of room, it runs big.
