  • I wore my Anita jacket last night during some light but persistent rain. I think the coat is not waterproof.. no worries... is it ok for me to scotch guard this item please.

    The Anita jacket is not designed to be waterproof or showerproof, so it is not made to withstand rain. Even light but steady showers can pass through the fabric. It is intended as a fashion focused outer layer rather than a technical wet weather style.

    We would not recommend using Scotchgard on this piece, as it can alter the fabric finish and may also affect the breathability of the garment. It will not make the jacket fully waterproof. If you are needing something for wet conditions, we would suggest one of our dedicated waterproof rain styles, which are specifically designed to keep you dry while maintaining comfort and breathability 🤍
