Hi, does this coat squash down fairly well for packing? I am going on a trip where I'll need a warm jacket....bit I don't have lots of suitcase space
Thanks for your message. This particular coat weighs approximately 600gm and cam definitely be folded down to fit nicely into your suitcase. A great choice for traveling!
Does the Maisey coat have any button/zip/fastener or does it rely on the tie to keep it closed on the body? Secondly, it looks like it sits open in the chest. Is there a way to flip the collar up and fasten it up so the chest isn't exposed?
This style simply does up by the tie at the waist; however, with the correct size coat if you wish to unfold the lapels, it doesn't have to sit open (though bust size may have a bearing on this). Are these jackets waterproof at all? E.g. would it stand up to commuting through the Wellington winter.
Unfortunately the Masiey isn't waterproof, so not so great for a wet Wellington winter sadly!
