Machine wash with like colours on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent. Spin on low. Lay in its natural shape on a drying rack or hang to dry. Tumble dry on low, remove promptly. Cool iron if needed, do not iron on print label, Do not dry clean.
Hi, is size L considered a size 14? I tried one on at Designers in Taradale, but it was too big. They didn’t have a 14 available.
A 14 is considered a large, yes - so you could try the medium if you felt the large was too big when you tried it on. The good thing is, as this is a full priced item you have the ability to do a size exchange, or even get a refund if you decide the style isn't quite right! Do you have anywhere where you can go to try a coat on? I find it difficult to find a coat big enough for me and I don’t really like buying online.

The Billie is a smaller fitting style than the Marlow, though the Billie is still a relaxed style.
